About parasitology quizzes

Using parasitology quizzes

The quizzes on this page offer different ways to check a topic. Leishmaniasis includes life-cycle labelling and questions on clinical forms. Trypanosoma cruzi also asks about a life cycle, while Trematodes includes questions on Schistosoma infection. For identification practice, Parasitology week 3 asks about flea features.

Choose a starting point

Start with a topic you have recently studied. The quiz Protozoa includes questions on cell types and amoeba life cycles; another quiz with the same title asks about transmission and hosts. Choose the one that fits the material you want to revisit.

After taking a quiz, note the questions you found difficult and return to the relevant topic. If you need to review a life cycle visually, switch to a mind map on the unit page. Flashcards there can help you revisit terms before you try the questions again. Choose a topic and give a quiz a go.
