Periodic Labour force report - 

Unemployment rate highest in nagaland n lowest in meghalaya in overall n saperate male n female too.

Urban in is high with 7.8 per ,rural with 5.3 per overall.

Unemployment rate lower in females (5.7 per) than males (6.2 per) Goa kerla have highest female unemployment with 26 per n 23.3 per.

Periodic labour survey report -started in 2017 by nsso.

For Urban area every quarter with labour force indicator as worker population ratio (per of working population), labour force participation rate (working n searching) and unemployment rate.

For rural n Urban it is annually

* Oxford economics report - 10% job loss in manufacturing sector in next decade.each new industry robot will replace 1.6 manufacturing job. Loss of job due to automation is also confirmed in future of job report by IMF

* Periodic labour force survey - Released by nsso ,mentions that 6.1% people n 17.8% young (15-29) are unemployed.

Earning if Urban employees over rural and men over women are higher.

45% regular best salary paid are below 10k n only 4% are having salary above 50k while 72% gets salary if 18k as per 7th pay commission.

Report -- 20% loans were used for setting up of new business whereas 80% for upgrading existing business.

- new jobs created in shishu (66%), Kishore (18.85%) n tarun (15.51%)
