Understanding the goal setting process

• WHY?
• SMART goals provide you with a clear and focused target to work towards. By defining specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound objectives, you know exactly what you need to accomplish and can stay motivated and on track. When you have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish and understand the steps needed to get there, you are more likely to persevere and overcome obstacles along the way.
