Endotoxin	Toxin released as bacterial cell wall is broken down
Virulence Factor	Molecules secreted/expressed by bacteria that allow them to better infect the host
Source	Where infectious agent is first obtained i.e. another person, water...
Resevoir	Area outside of host where agent can propagate freely
Portal of Exit	How agent leaves source
Portal of entry	How agent enters host
