text elements will reflow if font size changes, doesn't guarantee will stay the same
lane lengths awkward at very large text sizes - 3Elasticlayout expands or contracts with size of the text. line lengths stay the same.
Adv :
consistent layout experience, flexible text size
tight control on line lengths
Disadv :
images don't get rescaled the same way
width of layout might exceed browser window but max-width will save your ass
