The oven temperature for bread is 200 C gas mark 6-7
What is the function of flour in bread making. Flour is the main ingredient and forms the framework of the bread.
Why should water be luke warm? other wise the yeast will be killed and bread will not rise.
Name two different types of yeast you can purchase. Dried yeast and fresh yeast.
