1. Narrative

   • Act 1
     • Hale arrives at Parris's house where he drives they devil from out of Betty. Then Hale quertions Abigail where she blames the witch craft on tituba( Parris's servant). Parris then gets tituba where Hale questions her. Thats when Tituba agrees to working with the devil, and them name people who has sign his book. She does this to save her life and she names peole she know that the putnams would like to here. Abigail sees how this is working and joins here where the group of girls then join abigail. As u can see how it was first alll like a fantasy but then turned into something a bit more than that
     • Girls dancing in the forest, then frighten by Parris. Susanna then enters with news fom the docter for abigail's sickness. Tituba also enters. Susana is then told to leave when the Putnams come and gets Parris to come down stairs since everyone is waiting for him. Marry also enters where the 3 girls are alone. Abigail wakes Betty up who is frighten tries to jump out of the window screaming for her dead mother. Parris and the Putnams enter after hearing it.
   • Act 2
     • In act 2, we are brought eight days in the future in Proctors house. We see how John and Elizabeth Proctor relation ship has strained. We are told that 39 people has been arrested due to being accused of witch craft. Mary Warren enters telling us that Elizabeth has now been charged of witch craft.
     • Hale then enters. He then tells the Proctors what was happening in the court and he's been going to house to house telling people that they we charged of witch craft. After them talking the people came to get elizabeth and put her in jail until she confess of doing witch craft.

   • At the beginning of the play, the girls were dancing around in the foreset but it wasnt that seriouse at first. It was probaly just a coincedence but towards then end of act 1, it started to pick up a little when all the girls was screamming who the saw who they saw with the devil. Then in act 2 we are told that 39 people has been accused of witchcraft. We then see Elizabeth being taken away due to being accused of witchcraft. of witchcraft. In Act 3 it gets worse where they are now hanging people, more people are being accused of witchcraft . In act 4,
