1. Arrays

   • Arrays are used to store multiplr data values
     • Each piece of data in an array is called a element
       • They are helpfull when lots of releted data is needed

2. Sub programmes

   • Procedures
     • These carry out a set of instructions
       • They do not have to take parameters
     • Do not return a value
   • Functions
     • These will always return a value
       • Functions need at least one parameter

3. Variables

   • They can be Local or global
     • Local variables can only be used in the structure they are declared in
     • Global variables can be used any time after there declaration
