     • Can't store much.
     • Can easily be scratched.
   • EXAMPLES.
     • CD'S, DVD'S AND BLU-RAYS.

2. SOLID STATE.

   • DISADVANTAGES.
     • More expensive then the magnetic drive.
   • EXAMPLES.
     • phones, tablets and gaming PC's/laptops.
   • ADVANTAGES.
     • It gets things done quickly.
     • Energy efficient.
     • Really durable unlike magnetic.

3. MAGNETIC.

   • ADVANTAGES.
     • Cost-effective.
     • High capacity.
   • EXAMPLES.
     • PC's, desktop computers, laptops and game consoles.
   • DISADVANTAGES.
     • Less durable then solid state.
     • It is slow.

4. PURPOSE.

   • What do we use storage for??
     • Storing data[files, operating system, applications]permanently.
