1. INTEGRATION

   • Project Charter
     • Its a formal document that authorizes the existence of a project. It includes the benefits, strategic objectives, record of the project, organizational commitment
     • The business case describes the necessary information to expose the expected outcomes and justify the required investment
       • Is created by: Market Demand, Organizational Need, Customer Request, Technological Advance, Legal Requirement, Ecological Impacts, Social Need.
   • Plan
     • Its the process in which the project is defined, prepared and coordinated and merge it all
     • The project management plan is the result of the develop project charter, outputs from other processes and the enterprise/organization.

2. SCOPE

   • Create WBS
     • Divide the whole project into some smaller deliverables which are more manageable and creates a framework of what you have to deliver

3. SHEDULE

   • Sequence the activities
     • This process give efficiency every part of the project and it identifies the relationship between every activity
   • Develop the shedule
     • Create a shedule model for the project in whish sequences, durations, resources required and schedule constraints are analyzed

4. COST

   • Determine the Budget
     • By adding the cost of every cost of the activities created in the WBS and this is useful to manage and control it and to get the required investment

5. QUALITY

   • During this process some quality requirements are established and how these standard will be managed and verified

6. RESOURCES

   • Is the process to estimate, acquire, manage and use the resources and they are categorized by type and complexity

7. COMMUNICATION

   • Consist in the development of an appropriate approach between each area of stakeholders of the project, and how the information is going to be communicated

8. RISKS

   • The process in which every small project is analyzed to identify every risk of it is vital for the correct performance of it

9. PROCUREMENT

   • During this process every project procurement decision is analyzed to se posible sellers and approaches in order to get the better results

10. STAKEHOLDERS

    • Is the process in which stakeholders are involved with the project and how they approach with it, based on their needs, expectations, interests, and potential
