     • You can change information really easily
   • Disadvantages
     • It cost a lot of money to use and to store/paying for eletricity

3. Paper-based

   • Advantages
     • More cost effective than computer based databases.
     • Paper is extremely easy to access as you don't need to log in.
     • Old and young people can access it - find it easy to use.
     • Cost effective over short period of time
     • You can't be phished
   • Disadvantages
     • You can lost it really easily.
     • Someone can stole it, because is not secured.
     • Not environmentally friendly.
     • Can be damaged
     • It can take longer to find what you're looking for than a computer database
