Data Dictionary

1. Table name

   • The name of the table (unique name)

2. Field name

   • Each field is identified

3. Field data type

   • The data type allocated to each field e.g string/boolean

4. Field length

   • The number of characters allocated for the contents of the field

5. Field default value

   • if a field has a default value that automatically appears on the creation of a new record

6. Table security

   • Who access to write and edit etc values to and from the table

7. Keys

   • Primary and foreign keys are identified

8. Indexes

   • Any field which is indexed

9. Relationships

   • Relationships between tables are identified
