     • raises concern to Malaysian society if the workforce replaced by sophisticated robots

   • low-income group, most of them retaining their jobs - gain attention and sympathy from governments and industries
     • because robots and automation technologies not able to be sweepers, washers and wash the toilets
   • introduce a new learning system to schools and universities
     • High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and Thinking Skill subject
     • 4C elements: Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity
   • prepare society with latest skills
     • Cognitive flexibility
     • technology training
