   • An opinion leader is a well-known individuall or organization that has the ability to influence public opinion on the subject matter for which the opinion leader is known.

   • a marketing concept that encompasses a customer's imperession, awareness and/or consciousness about a company or its offering.

    • denoting advertising or produvcts designed tob appeal to a consumer by association with a desirable lifestyle.

    • changes in an individual's behaviour arising from experience

14. attitude

    • can be defined as the set of beliefs and emotions a consumers holds for a particular brand/product/service which determine theperception of that consumer towards the former
