NOTES
The perimeter is the length of the outside of the shape
The area is the flat surface of the inside of the shape
QUESTIONS
2. Calculate the PERIMETER and AREA of a rectangle with a length of 6.25 m and a width of 5.5 m
Length = 6.25 m
Width = 5.5 m
Perimeter = 5.5m + 6.25m x 2 = 18m
Area = 5.5 m x 6.25 m = 34.375 m
