HTTPS is part of the web address of a website, it tells the person visiting the website that it is secure, which is what the S stands for. This is why Sophie continues to log in as the site she is on is certified as secure.

Shopping online has become a much larger and popular way to shop over the past few years, it has many benefits, one being that Sophie can shop anytime or anywhere (with a suitable internet connection) without having to leave her home or where she is. As she has 2 young children taking them shopping may be a pain especially having to carry heavy bags, online shopping prevents this as Sophie can shop after the children have gone to sleep.

Another benefit of shopping online is the ability to easily compare prices of different websites, this means that Sophie is able to find the best deals without the effort of walking in several shops. Online shopping also avoids the transport / fuel costs which can be expensive especially if you have to travel far to shop.

By shopping online Sophie would also have a lot more of a variety when shopping online as websites will show there full range of stock where as shops on the high street only have a limited space.
