The cpu is a the main structure of a modern day electroinics. It has many componats and they all play a part. The purpose of the cpu is to fetch, decode and execute. Also measured in clock speed (Hz, one f,d,e every second) - 2The Control Unit (CU) Controls the flow of data in the cpu, it controls the inputs and outpust, It aslo monitors the hardware/The Arithemetic Logic Unit (ALU)
It works out any maths questions like adding or subtractig. It also
works out any logical comparisons. - 3The Cache Cache is a quick storage that store common intsructios that easy to retreive from. Located by the motherboard, seperate from the cpu.Vonn Neumann Architecture
Address bus carries addresses from the
processor to the Main Memory. - 4An embedded system is a system that only has one function or purpose like an aeroplane or a MRI scanner.The data/instruction from main memory
is placed onto the Data Bus to travel to
the processor.
The data/instruction arrives at the
Memory Data Register (MDR). - 5Flash memory is a non-volatile memory.The data/instruction from main memory
is placed onto the Data Bus to travel to
the processor.

Memory Data Register (MDR). - 6Secondary Storage Magnetic Optical StorageThe instruction is decoded and
executed.
Results of calculations are stored in the
