- 1What are 2 differences between RAM and ROMRAM is volatile whereas ROM is not.
ROM can only be read not written to RAM can. - 2What is Virtual Memory ?This is where RAM is running low on space so it starts storing data in the main memory on the hard disk that still behaves like RAM.

- 9What is Lossy compression?Lossy compression is where parts of the file are left behind. this is commonly used in music and video files.

An IP address is a unique identifier for a network. This is how other networks or websites know to send the information. - 12What is a MAC address ?A MAC address is a physical unique identifier linked to each and every computer. This is so that once the information from the website reaches network you are connected to, it knows which computer to send the info to.

- 14What is a DNS used for ?A domain name server is used to look for websites. When you send out a request for a website it goes to a DNS. this query's a database for your website. If not found it will be sent to another DNS. This can go on infinitely until your website is found.
