/-ism/ Derivational suffix which implies the practice or belief in something. Example: Criticism.

/-able/ Derivational suffix. It turns a word into an adjective for meaning 'able to'. Example: Reasonable.
/-ate/ Derivational suffix which turns the word into a literal meaning for a verb; to produce or cause determined effect. Example: Imitate.

/-ile/ Derivational suffix. It implies being in a certain manner. Example: Futile.
