- 2What is an algorithm?An algorithm is a process or set of rules to be followed in calculations or other problem-solving operations.
- 3What is a sequence?A sequence is the order in which tasks are to be carried out.

- 5What is a iteration?A iteration is when a task is repeated until there is a required outcome.
- 6What is a selection?A selection is a question is asked and depending on the answer the program takes one of two courses of action.
- 7What is a decision?A decision is when a question is asked the answer will lead to one or more different alternative actions.
- 8What is a process?A process is a action that is taken sometimes as a results of a decision in order to achieve a desired outcome.
- 9What is a authenticate?An authenticate is confirm that a users password has been entered correctly and matches the password stored on the system.
- 10What is a variable?A variable is a container which is used to store values such as the number of attempts.
- 11What is a pseudocode?A pseudo code is a language that is similar to a real programming language but it is easier for humans to understand although it doesn't actually run on a computer. it can easily be converted to a regular programming language.

- 13What is an assigning?An assigning is giving a variable a value.
- 14What is a constant?A value that does not change while program is running.
- 15What is a comment?A comment is a piece of information for the programmer. it doesn't form part of the program and is not executed by the computer. it is for information only.
