| What is the difference between a hard disk and flash memory? | Hard disk loads quicker and has a bigger storage, but flash memory has a smaller physical space but it is a lot more expensive. |

| What is cloud computing? | Cloud computing is a shared area within a network which allows you to upload a copy of the files on a device, so that if the device stooped working, there is a copy of those files in the cloud. |

| What is voice recognition and how do we use it? | Its when you speak into a computer and it inputs an action with what you've told it to do. E.G. Siri or a satnav. |
| What is voice synthesis and how do we use it? | Voice synthesis is where you type into a computer and it reads it out to you. E.g. Google translate |
