* Build/maintain the relationship - 2Strorming* Members begin to resist the control of the group leaders, and show hostility
* Conflicts emerge
* Clarification of current roles, responsibilities, values and emotional responses.
* We try and convince other members of out point of view. - 3Norming* The members resolve the issues that arose in the storming stage.
* Members work together, develop a close relationship and feeling of comradery.
*interdependence is recognised, norms social consensus is reached. - 4Performing*structural issues are resolved
* Group members work towards getting their jobs done. - 5Adjourning* Groups disband, either they meet their goals, or members leave.
