- 10What is a repetitive strain injury (RSI) and what causes them?A strain injury is where your wrist hurts after a long period of time and you can cause them by working your wrist too hard
- 11What is the cause of back injuries when using a computer?You could be leaning over a lot and not having a solid surface to lean back on.You could be straining your neck too much by looking down
- 12What is eye strain and what is the cause?Eye Strain could be caused by looking at the computer too much this could be stopped by taking a break every 15 minutes.
