As we get to 11 we find:
P(x≥11) = 1-P(x≤10) = 0.1275
P(x≥12) = 1-P(x≤11) = 0.056
P(x≥11) is above 0.10 while P(x≥12) isn't
Therefore the critical region is x≥12
And the critical value is x=12
