R.S.I (Repetitive Strain Injury) -Cause By repeated movements over a long period of time e. g: -Typing a mouse for long periods of time -Too much force on fingers when typing -Wrong height on workstation or chair -Arms are in unnatural position
R.S.I (Repetitive Strain Injury) -Symptoms -Aching, weakness, swelling, tenderness, numbness and pins and needles/burning sensation on arms and hands -Pain in arm or wrist even after rest -Stiffness and aching in shoulders and neck
R.S.I (Repetitive Strain Injury) -Prevention - Work station and chair to correct height -Use a wrist rest -Elbows close to sides -Five minutes break between an hour
