disadvantages of gm foods development of resistant microorganisms, infertile seeds mean farmers have to buy new seeds from farmer every year, affects of the ecology of the area where they grow, development of allergies if dna from certain plants and animals are put into others
organic plant foods animals reared in natural surroundings without routine adding of chemicals-foods have a symbol to certify that they are organic
advantages of organic foods considered to taste better-grown naturally in good soils, considered to be better for health-no pesticides used, better for the environment and ecoystems
disadvantages of organic foods often more expensive than intensively grown foods, many have to be imported-transport-pollution
