What is happens in a merger? A merger occurs when two or business join together to form a new business.
What happens in a takeover? A takeover occurs when a business gains control of another.
What is a takeover also known as? An acquisition.
What is external growth also known as? Integration.
What is internal growth also known as? Organic growth.
