What is the job of white blood cells in our body?	they kill any bactiria or desises that enter your body, they create pus to kill infections
What are platelets?	Platelets are blood cells that clot to prevent bleeding and keep infection out of wounds
how much of each vitamin do you need?	a minimal amount but you need all of them
What might happen of you fail to provide enough of each vitamin?	you will suffer from a deficiency disease E.G rickets or scurvy
What is plasma?	Plasma is the liquid part of the blood, it caries all the digested food
how do we breath out of our lungs?	we expand our diaphragm sucking air in like a vacuum
What happens to the air once inside our lungs?	the oxygen is extracted into our bloodstream and the rest is exhaled as carbon dioxide
