| Odd Numbers | End's in 1,3,5,7,9 |
| Even Numbers | End's in 0,2,4,6,8 and it divisible by 2 |
| Factor | Divides exactly into a number |
| Square Number | Can be written as a number multiplied by itself |
| Prime Number | Can only be divided by itself,2,3,5,7,11,13 & 17 are prime |
| 1cm as mm? | 10mm |
| 1 litre as ml? | 1000ml |
| 5 miles at KM? | 8km +3 to miles IE: 2 Miles= 5km |
| Percentage? | Fraction out of 100 |
| So What's 75% | 1/4 or 0.75 |
| Circumference of a Circle? | Pie x diameter |
| Area of a rectangle? | Length x Width or L x W |
| Area of a triangle?? | Base x Height Divided by 2 |
| Area of a circle? | Pie Radius Squared |
| Volume of a cubiod? | Length x Width x Heigh or L x W xH (for short) |
| Volume of a Prism?? | Cross section area x length |
| What's Perimeter | The Distance round the edge of the edge area is the shape inside |
| What do Angles at a point add up to? | 360 Degrees |
| What do angles at a quadrilateral add up to? | 360 Degrees |
| BIDMAS? | Brackets-Indicies-Divisio-Multiplaction-Addition-Subtraction |
| What's the product? | The answer when two numbers are multiplied together so the product of 4x5 is 20 |
| What's an estimate? | Rounding all the numbers together and giving an approximate answer |
| What's correlation? | The relationship between two variables can be both postive or negative or have no correlation what so ever |
| Expanding brackets? | Multiply the brackets out? 2(x+3) Can become 2x+6 |
| Tessellation? | When fitting a shape together to make it fit |
| Mode/modal? | The Most common value occurring in a sequence |
| Median?? | The middle value when all is in order. for example: 2,4,6,8,10,12 6 is the median |
| Mean? Grrrr | Add all the number in the sequence and divide by the number of terms in the sequence |
| Range? | The Highest value subtracted from the smallest value |
| What is Pythagoras's theorem | A squared + B Squared=C Sqaured |
