What affects care relationship? the quality of the relationship, particularly before caring begins. How much choice people have in becoming a carer and how they manage the caring. the amount of external support received. 70 percent of carers surveyed ( carers national association, 2001)said they had not been offered any choice but to carry on caring, they were not advised about services like home care, day centers.
it is estimated that one-third of carers live in poverty, most carer give up there jobs.
