Mark out the measurements that are required for my design using a ruler, pencil and tri-square on the raw acrylic material

Cut out the design that was marked out on the material using the scroll machine

Chloroform all the pieces of acrylic that are required together

Clamp the acrylic on the lathe machine

Are the acrylic pieces aligned safely and correctly

Start to cut the acrylic on the lathe machine

Is the diameter that is required obtained?

Must there be a center hole that is need to be drilled in the acrylic

Drill a hole on the material on the lathe machine and use the correct drill bit size

Is the hole's diameter correct?

Use the dry-and-wet paper to remove all the fine marks that are present on the edges of the acrylic

Are the fine marks removed?

Polish the edges of the acrylic to shine on a lathe machine

Are the edges of the acrylic shined

The making of this part of the artefact is done
