Mark/Trace out the measurements using a steel ruler,pencils and a tri-square

Cut the design from the material using a scroll machine

Shape the design using the materials

Remove the marks on the acrylic edges by filing

Use the dry-wet sand paper to remove the marks on the edges

Drilling holes on the materials using the drill machine & using the correct drill bit

Soften the section on the acrylic using a strip heater

Bended the acrylic?

Fine marks have been removed?

using a buffing machine to polish the edge to make the edges shiny

Edges shiny?

Any section of acrylic that needed to be bent on the strip heater?
