INDICATORS

1. Means, instruments or mechanisms to evaluate until point or in that measeures the strategic aims are achivied

2. They represent a unit of managerial measure that allows to evaluate the performance of an organization opposite to his goals, aims and responsibilities with the groups of reference

3. They produce information to analyze the performance of any area of the organization and to check the fulfillment of the aims in terms of results

4. They detect and foresee diversions in the achievement of the aims

5. The analysis of the indicators carries to generating alerts on the action, not losing the direction, under the supposition of which the organization is perfectly alignes by the plan

6. If there does not measure up what is done, it is not possible to control and if it is not possible to control, it is not possible to direct and if it is not possible to direct it is not possible to improve

7. The measure of the indicator has to be the sufficiently eddective thing to identify small variations

8. EFFICIENCY

   • The indicator of efficiency measures the achievement of the proposed results. It indicates if there were done the things that had to be done, the correct aspects of the process
   • To define operationally the requirements of the client of the process to compare what delivers the process against what he waits

9. EFFICACY

   • The indicators effciency measure the level of execution of the process, center in how the things were done and measure the performance of the resources used by a process
