1. Task warning signs

   • Look the taskboard to see the sprint progress
   • The SCRUM master is responsible for making sure that the team acts upon warning signs
   • Examples

2. Traceability

   • An option of to make the best traceability in this model is to take a digital photo of the taskboard everyday.
   • If traceability is very important to you, then perhaps the taskboard solution is not for you

3. Estimating

   • Estimate time in hours and not in days
   • Somethings to remember when you are going to do a size estiamtion
     • Man-hour estimates were too fine-granular, this tended to encourage too many tiny 1-2 hour tasks and hence micromanagement.
     • It turned out that everyone was thinking in terms of man-days anyway, and just multiplying by 6 before writing down manhours.
     • Two different units cause confusion.
