   • * Based on learner's internal cognitive processes.
   • *Learning involves the acquisition of abstract concepts applied in a range of situations, and new concepts development are provided by new experiences.
   • *Learning is the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience.
     • Works in 2 levels.
       • 1. Effective learning occurs when the 4 elements in the learning cycle are executed.
         • Concrete experience (experiencing).
           • Reflective Observation (reflecting).
             • Abstract Conceptualization. (thinking).
               • Active Experimentation (acting).
       • 2. Based on the cycle of learning, learning styles is a product of:
         • A person learning style are influenced by social environment, educational experiences or basic cognitive structure.
           • Diverging: feeling + warching CE/RO.People like to gather information, use imagination to solve problems and work in groups.They like to generate ideas, have cultural interests and are open minded.
             • Assimilating: watching + thinking AC/RO. People understand information and orginize it in logical form. They like clear explanation, ideas and concepts. Prefere reading and analitical activities to think them through.
               • Convering: doing + thinking AC/AE. People like to solve problems and find solutions to issues, work with technical tasks, experiment with new ideas and work with practical applications.
                 • Accommodating: doing + feeling CE/AE. People work based on intuation rather than logic. They are attracted to experiential approaches (hands on), like challenges and develope plans.
         • Doing and watching.Processing Continumm.
         • Feeling and thinking. Perception Continumm.
