CORRECT AND PROBABLE INFERENCES IN CONTEXT

  1. Probable Inference

    • Is Any inference that does not consider its own conclusion to be necessarily true (even if the facts are as the premises claim).
  2. Inference is just a big word that means a conclusion or judgement. If you infer that something has happened, you do not see, hear, feel, smell, or taste the actual event. But from what you know, it makes sense to think that it has happened. You make inferences everyday. Most of the time you do so without thinking about it

  3. Correct inference

    • Is the process of drawing a conclusion from supporting evidence. It’s when you go beyond the evidence and reach some further conclusion.
  4. It could be said that the main difference between the two is the way things are concluded, in one of them things are inferred through facts, which we can perceive and we are sure that I do. And in the case of probable inference, it refers more to a thought of which we are not 100% sure

  5. Inferences are steps in reasoning, moving from premises to logical consequences
