1. Data analysis

   • All the questions have to be directed to a single purpose and to the achievement of the actions for its achievement.

2. Definition

   • Set of questions or other types of prompts for the purpose of gathering information from a respondent.
   • These are typically a mix of closed and open questions.
   • This tool is used for research purposes that can be both qualitative and quantitative.

3. Types

   • Structured questionnaires:
     • It is planned and designed to collect very specific information.
       • It also initiates a formal investigation, complements and verifies previously accumulated data, in addition, it helps to validate any previous hypotheses.
   • Unstructured questionnaires:
     • It has a basic structure and some branching questions, but nothing that limits a respondent's responses. The questions are more open.

4. Issues

   • The questionnaires are very useful to collect demographic information, personal opinions, facts or attitudes of the respondents.
     • One of their greatest characteristics is that they are standardized and uniform. All respondents see the same questions. This helps in data collection and statistical analysis.

5. Uses

   • Test the professional skills of employees and candidates.
   • Examine the course participants at the end of the course.
   • Evaluate the course, including facilities, content, and instructor.
   • Survey employee and customer satisfaction.
   • Evaluate an employee's job performance.

6. Limitations

   • The information obtained is superficial.
   • The impossibility of being certain that the information provided
   • Reliability difficulty,
   • The wrong interpretation of the questions
