WHAT IS WELDING
Welding is a fixation process in which two or more pieces of a material (generally metals or thermoplastics) are joined, usually achieved through coalescence (fusion), in which the pieces are welded by melting, You can add a filler material (metal or plastic), which, when melted, forms a pool of molten material between the pieces to be welded (the weld pool) and, when cooled, becomes a fixed joint to which called cord.

- Soft solder
- It is distinguished from hard welding by the melting temperature of the filler material. Soft soldering uses fillers with a melting point below 450 °C and brazing above 450 °C.
- Brazing
- It consists of a process of crossing two metals through their penetration and the subsequent addition of a filler metal, which must have a fusion temperature greater than 450 °C and lower than that of the base metal.
- Oxyacetylene
- Oxyacetylene or autogenous welding is defined as the heating until the surfaces to be welded come into contact until they melt. This is produced by means of the oxyacetylene flame, with or without the addition of the filler material.
- Electric Arc Welding
- Arc welding occurs by bringing the electrode close to the metal to be welded to form an electric arc.
