MY PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

  1. IMPORTANCE

    • My Personal Learning Environment is essential because it allows me to autonomously manage my progress in mastering the English language and the technical skills required for software development. By integrating organized tools, resources, and strategies, I can access documentation, tutorials, and academic materials that are primarily available in English — which is vital in the technology sector. This environment helps me strengthen reading comprehension, speaking, and writing skills, and connect language knowledge with programming, databases, and system design. As a student and future professional, my PLE gives me the ability to find solutions, consult up-to-date sources, collaborate with international teams, and keep up with a constantly evolving field. English thus becomes a key tool that broadens my career opportunities and allows me to perform with greater confidence and efficiency in professional environments.
  2. BRANCH 1 — MOMENTS

    • Read / Access: SENA study materials, technical articles, English grammar resources, programming language documentation, tutorials
    • Reflect / Transform: Summarize texts, translate key concepts, complete grammar exercises, write reports, connect technical vocabulary to practical projects
    • Share / Interact: Participate in classes, give presentations, work in teams, use communication platforms, receive and apply feedback
  3. BRANCH 2 — ELEMENTS & TOOLS

    • For English learning: SENA platforms, digital textbooks, grammar websites, dictionaries, academic articles
    • For technical training: VS Code, Python, MySQL, official documentation, developer forums
    • For organizing & creating: Mind maps, documents, notebooks, study outlines
    • For communication: Email, Teams, discussion forums, collaborative work platforms
  4. BRANCH 3 — STRATEGIES

    • Plan study schedules for both English and technical subjects
    • Identify and learn technical vocabulary in every topic
    • Read and translate sections of official programming documentation
    • Practice writing short texts and reports in English
    • Review grammar structures (negative agreement, questions, reported speech)
    • Explain learned concepts to peers to reinforce understanding
    • Use English-language sources to solve programming problems
