  1. Volleyball is a sport designed in 1895 by William G. Morgan, trainer at the YMCA, taking elements from other sports in order to have a physical activity with unique characteristics:
    1. There is no physical contact between the players of the two teams are separated on both sides of the net.
      1. Small equipment, low cost and easy installation
      2. Technical basics
        1. Ball handling: Various techniques are employed to drive the ball in different game situations. In all of them the ball must be hit.
