Technique Volleyball

Volleyball is a sport designed in 1895 by William G. Morgan, trainer at the YMCA, taking elements from other sports in order to have a physical activity with unique characteristics:
1. There is no physical contact between the players of the two teams are separated on both sides of the net.
2. Small equipment, low cost and easy installation
Technical basics
1. Ball handling: Various techniques are employed to drive the ball in different game situations. In all of them the ball must be hit.
  1. Serve: The act of putting the ball into play, released or releasing the ball hitting with the hand
  2. Low blow, forearm or fielding: joined hands on the back and helped by bending the legs, the ball is hit from the bottom up both forearms achieving a vertical bounce with a lift
  3. Touch fingers or broadcast: the ball is passed gently using hands above his head and the fingertips up; driving it in the desired direction
  4. Auction: the player runs, jumps and hits the ball over the net throwing the ball against the ground
  5. Block; any action to intercep the attack the opposing team jumping at the net with arms raised without placing them in the attacking half.
Displacement
1. Normal step: the player away from a common step moves.
2. Stops indeicated: the player moves to higher than a common pitch distance.
3. Double pass: the distance the player moves two steps
4. Jump: the player moves through jumps
5. Whipped: the player takes a step and jump.
Service or remove
1. Tennis serve
2. Low hand
3. High hand
4. Suspended
5. Floating jump
6. Power jump
7. Floating hook
8. Stong hook
9. Remove below
Blockade
1. Is the action of players close to the designed to intercep the ball coming from the opponent above the upper edge of the network. Only the front can complete a block.
Reception and pass
1. It is to intercept and control a ball heading for another partner in good condition to play.
Attack/reinforcement
1. Auction step: 1.-Step: a short step. 2.-Step body bending to begin the upward momentum. 3.- Step short step where the drive is completed. It ends with the hands up and then to have a good shot attack and hold the position
