   • archiving for historical, scientific, and statistical reasons is ok

3. data shall be adequate, relevant, limited to what is necessary

4. Data shall be accurate, kept up to date and inaccurate data will be deleted promtly

5. Data will be kept in an identifying way for the least amount of time

   • after that it can be archived for historical, scientific, statistical use as long as rights and freedoms of the user are safeguarded

6. processed securely, and protected against unauthorised processing, accidental loss, desruction, damage. Organisations must be able to show compliance to GDPR
