2. The are many ways to protect data from malicious software such as anti-virus software.

   • Another way to protect data is by using firewalls.A firewalls is a software can block unexpected connections coming in to the network
     • Advantages:Can protect the company from external attack.
   • Disadvantges:It blocks the thing you need
   • Strong passwords can be used to protect data as a hard username password will be more secure than a weaker password
     • Another way to protect data is encryption.Encryption is widely used on the internet to protect user information being sent between a browser and a server, including passwords, payment information and other personal information that should be considered private. Organizations and individuals also commonly use encryption to protect sensitive data stored on computers, servers and mobile devices like phones or tablets.
