1. Network Forensics

   • The Process of processing and analysing data packets in ingoing and outgoing traffics in a network.
   • Similar to Firewalls
   • For Information Gathering and Security Purposes
   • Tries to Identify intrusions and attacks, or anything that mnay bring harm to the network.
   • Mainly to identify vulnerabilities, such as security threats, faulty transactions, and low performing network areas.

2. Penetration Testing

   • Penetration is an authorised attack on a computer or network to identify network vulnerabilities and improve them.
   • It is a way of seeing how a network would react if it actually got attacked by a hacker or malicous software.
   • Is a fake version of an attack, done by the people creating the network, and in doing so improving the network's security systems.
   • This would prepare the network if it got attacked, to protect the data and sustain minimum damage when possible.

3. SQL Injection

   • SQL Injection is a type of code technique malicous attacks that involve a hacker in order to delete, change, add, or destroy a web application's database via the login form page.
