2. How do you recognize if you are a cyber-bully?

   • Spreading hurtful, mean, or embarrassing rumors.
   • Threatening to hurt others.
   • Pretending to be someone else.

3. What do you do if you are a victim of cyber-bullying?

   • Talk to a trusted adult.
   • Document and report any bullying incidents.

4. What do you do if you see cyber-bullying?

   • Speak to the child who is experiencing it in private.
   • Talk with parents about what their child is encountering.
   • Increase digital awareness.
