     • Social Service handle situations in a way which disrupts the child as little as possible
     • Child is treated with respect and compassion
     • Child is allowed to grow in an environment which respects that
     • Child is cared by individuals who put the child's needs before their own
   • Adolesense
     • Child feels loved no matter what their situation
     • Supported through any trauma caused as a result of early childhood experiences
     • Child is within an environment which supports them holistically

2. Acheiving

   • Birth to Early childhood
     • An environment which supports the child's holistic development
     • Supportive family
     • Early social service intervention
   • Early Childhood
     • Is not within nursery
       • Needs a space to acheive where it is recognised and praised
     • Needs access to toys which promote learning
     • Learns basic hygene
     • Is supported to learn at home and is encouraged
   • Adolesense
     • Needs to have access to support within school
     • Needs to be given support from social services
     • Acheivements are recognised
     • Monitoring so as any large changed in the child's life do not hinder their ability to acheive

3. Safe

   • Birth
   • Early Childhood
     • Is witin a clean home which is free of hazards
     • Is removed from abusive/neglectful situation
     • Needs to be made aware of at least basic hygene conventions
     • Is supported and within an environment which will not hinder development
     • Going to regular medical appointments
   • Adolesense
     • Child is ensured to experiance no discrimination as a result of their in care status
     • The child is safe from any further harm and is protected from abusers
