1. Queries

   • used to answer questions about the data. can extract and display records which match certain criteria's
   • Queries answer questions about data.
   • Can be used to view, alter and analyse for one or more tables in a database
   • Can be used as the source as the sources of records in forms or reports
   • Criteria
     • Wildcard symbols and math operators can be used
       • Wildcards can be uses when you want to match any number or any characters or none and matches with exactly one character
     • Examples : or , and , >(grater than) and <(less than)
     • Criteria can be combined, e.g >25 and <50

2. Reports

   • Used to format the outputs of data from tables or queries in a user friendly way- mainly for printing

3. Forms

   • Used to input and/or out/or output data in a user friendly way - for an-screen use
   • easily created by wizard
   • Forms can be used both input and output data records
   • Allow records to be presented in a user friendly way.
   • Text can be enhanced and additional text added
   • Allow command buttons to be added
   • Can be edited using a form editor
   • The best approach is to create the basic form using wizard and then modify it
   • You can view datain a form and also add records, modify records and delete records. to make it easier you can add buttons that does thoses things
   • When you move off the record,the changes are made automatically to the table.
