   • Intervention
     • There is danger when cooking like burning yourself. There can be arguments before putting it in the over such as who's going to crack the egg or who gets to stir the mixture first. You should be in the kitchen anyway, but maybe go over and just say why don't you just take it in turns to do it. You could also say that you shouldn't really mess around in the kitchen due to the equipment that is around that can do some damage to yourself.

   • Intervention
     • At 10 years old sport is getting more competitive, this where you expect more arguments so if a child gets angry with another child whle playing a sport the first child would go over and maybe have a go at the second child. This is where you need to get in the middle of them so they don't see each other. Then you need to ask why you did it? This si the time where you need the children to shake hands, just to show respect to each other. This could also be the point where you say I will take the ball away from you if this happens again. You could also get down to their level so you know that are paying attention to you when you are talking.

6. Friendship

   • Intervention
     • One child could be talking to each other, and the second child could be really mean for the first child. You would go over and see what the matter is. Then you should deal with the situation for example, if the first child wont share a toy then you should go over and say well why dont you want to share? You should then say that sharing is good and is kind and that there is enough toys for the children to play with. Then you could take the toy away from them and say why dont you go out or go play with something that you like, then you can come back to this toy in a little while.
