   • W3C Is free to join for any organisation or individual
   • W3C works democratically in order to prevent bias

6. Web Accessibility

   • W3C provides tools that make web pages accessible to everyone
     • Alternative Text - For users who can't see and need a screen reader
     • Audio transcripts for users who cant hear
     • Keyboard input - for users who can't use a mouse
