RAM
- What is it?
- Stores the programs, parts of the operating system and the files currently being used. RAM is volatile, meaning that the data is not stored when the computer system is switched off.
- How can it be improved?
- Just get more of it. The RAM works better in mass, rather than in quality. Quantity over quality.

Cores
- What are they?
- The number of independent processors in the CPU which run the fetch decode execute cycle simultaneously. Dual core: 2 independent processors in the CPU working simultaneously. Quad core: 4 independent processors in the CPU working simultaneously. Simultaneously: At the same time.
- How can it be inproved?
- Up core count and clock speed. Quality and Quantity need to be in harmony.
- What are they?
Cache
- What?
- The Cache is a special part of the CPU with commonly used commands stored inside it.
- What?
Clock Speed
- What?
- The number of fetch decode execute cycles a CPU can perform per second. This is measured in hertz (Hz).
- How can it be improved?
- By adding more cores to your system, increasing the Clock speed.
