     • This is used as a data entry method. A user will press a key on the keyboard and that key is entered into the computer. Special keyboards are used in pacific places such as a restaurant where each menu item is pressed to take an order.

     • Microphones used to input sound into a computer/gaming system. They are used in videoconferencing and voice recognition software.

     • Sensors are used to detect physical objects and sending news of this factor to the computer control, such as temperature, pressure and light.
